Ie11 wont download files

 · I'm not sure how long the problem has been since I typically use Chrome. Decided to upgrade to IE11 (from 10) and couldn't download bltadwin.ru file. Gave a message that download couldn't complete. Sure enough I couldn't download any files using IE .  · We've found the javascript in the list of downloaded files in Network tab of IE11 Developer Tools. IE11 get the file with HTTP Status (not from cache). But we do not see the javascript in the list of loaded files in Debuger tab.
